Sanlorenzo 102 Asymmetric – New Model

SANLORENZO 102  – Coming to the International Miami Boat Show – 2019

A modern expression of striking beauty where innovation meets iconic design. Emboldened by sculptural silhouettes the furniture on the 102 pays homage to the sweeping lines of mid century furnishings defined by it’s balanced proportions and arching sculptural curves.

The work of iconic American photographer, Slim Aarons, noted for photographing socialites, jet-setters and celebrities. Slim Aarons was said to be a storyteller who documented a time that will never exist again. The interior of the 102 sets about to recreate this magical mid century time with iconic furniture pieces and references to the ultra chic playground known as Palm Beach.

White sandy beaches, tranquil water and cool blue skies, with punches of tropical brights set the tone for the color scheme. Volumes of crisp pressed cottons, bleached wood, distressed floors and classic cool linen are used to deftly blend the texture of the beachfront with the changing light using natural materials such as stone and wood.

The transporting serenity, natural beauty and cool composure of the cruising lifestyle is captured with the design of the 102 Sanlorenzo richly comprised furnishings and luxurious details the pale palette references the natural beauty surrounding a modern and serene interpretation of life on the sea. Once again , Marty Lowe uses her mantra “deliberately casual “ to achieve this overall ambiance in the 102.

Sanlorenzo 112 gets nominated for Boat International Design and Innovation Awards

Envisioned in a soothing palettes of neutrals , this tranquil decor embraces the streamlined modernism of the Sanlorenzo yacht. The contemporary lines of the yacht have been lightened with textural natural materials and an organic sensibility in the edited, refined signature style of the designer as evidenced in the unique interplay of illusion s creating an interesting drama as one moves thru the yacht. Exotic , tactile materials such as smoked textured oak and laser cut leathers are contrasted with the sleekness and reflective properties of glossy lacquers against matte stainless steel trim work .
The center circular staircase is a sculptural element inspired by the spiral geometry found in the Fibonacci sequence . Flanking the staircase are extraordinary panels that have been carved from natural stone into modular design textures with integrated light sconces .
The 112 Sanlorenzo is a richly serene decor defined by natural elements and a light filled palette where the simplicity of the sea was the inspiration with minimalistic furniture shapes paired with bright modern colors and textured linens.
